Liquid screed can be used for all commercial and domestic projects. Floor finishing, incorporating under floor heating pipes and leveling floors for example.

If the screed is 40mm thick it would be 40 days. There are some fast drying products that are dry within 21 days.
Cement based liquid screed is made from sand and cement.
Anhydrate liquid screeds are a mix of gypsum-based binder, additives, aggregates and water. This product is 100% recyclable and completely VOC (volatile organic compound) free!
This all depends on what you are coverining. If you are going over underfloor heating you would need around 40-50mm depth of screed. If not you can go down to as little as 15mm (unbonded) or if bonded, down to 1-2mm with some products.
This all depends on the particular project. Liquid screed is best used on top of your sub-base. The sub-base would be concrete with insulation on top, with liquid screed on top of that. This gives it better thermal conductivity.
When using underfloor heating with liquid screeds you’re also better doing it this way as the screeded floor will heat up and cool down quicker.
