OLCO pumping wants to take the stress, the hard work and the worry away when ordering and laying concrete. We would like customers to be confident in our ability to advise, help and support them not only getting the right product but also the right service and our working process ensures this.

Step 1: Meet and ConsultIf the project requires it, we’ll arrange a site visit in order to discuss your unique requirements and to assess the exact requirements for the job. This will include measuring, calculating materials required, taking note of access points etc. and establishing a strategy for the work to be undertaken.

Step 2: Planning & StrategyAfter visiting the site and establishing the project parameters, we’ll have all the information we need to plan what needs to be done…and how we’ll do it.

Step 3: Proceed With WorkWe’ll arrive at the designated time on the day and put our plan into action. Any preparitory work will be undertaken, including shuttering etc. and we’ll lay our pipework to where it needs to go. We will have co-ordinated concrete delivery and the pump will be ready to go.

Step 4: Project HandoverThe work will be completed to the best of our ability and the clean-up will commence. We take pride in the fact that we leave a site how we found it – often better. The customer will be presented with the completed job to their satisfaction – and we’ll hopefully earn a great review!
